Official language of the conference is English. The full papers of the accepted abstracts have to be uploaded by the authors and the same will be peer reviewed. The full paper can be prepared using the template provided below and uploaded.

Name the Full Paper in MS Word or PDF file in the format as given:

Ref. Abstract No (e.g., if your Ref. Abstract No. is AM-112 then name the file as: AM-112).

 

If uploading the full paper is troublesome to the authors, they may also send the same to the Email address: aimtdr2012@gmail.com. The soft copy of the paper in MS Word and PDF file should be submitted online through the conference website. Also, one hard copy of the paper, prepared strictly following the instructions given in the template, should be sent to the address of the Organizing Secretary by Speed post/Airmail/Courier.

 

Interested authors who failed to upload abstract(s) within the stipulated period may send the full paper following the instructions within 31st May, 2012.

 

The full papers accepted for presentation and publication and the abstract of the full papers accepted only for oral/poster presentation will be included in the proceedings, subject to the condition that each paper must be supported by separate registration for the conference. Selected papers will also be considered for publication in Journals of International repute. Awards of appreciation will be given to the best papers in three categories, i.e. papers from academic institutions, research organizations and industries.
